📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We ship orders within 1-3 days after receipt of payment. You will receive a track & trace as soon as your package is on its way.

What are the shipping costs?

🇧🇪 Belgium (Bpost)

  • Home delivery: €6.85
  • Pick-up point & machine: €6.15
  • Free shipping from €75

🇳🇱 Netherlands (Mondial Relay)

  • Home delivery: €12
  • Pick up point: €6.5
  • Free shipping from €100

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay safely with:

  • Bancontact
  • iDEAL
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Shop
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Do I have to pay VAT on my order?

No, Truf & Peans is a small business that falls under the VAT exemption scheme . This means that we do not charge VAT on our products. Your invoice will therefore not show a VAT line. (Article 56, §2 W.Btw)

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return products within 14 days of receipt , as long as they are unused and in their original packaging . Send us an email at trufenpeans@gmail.com to register a return.

Do I have to pay the return costs?

Yes, return costs are at your own expense, unless it concerns a defective product.

🚫 Non-returnable products:

Snacks & food – For hygienic reasons, edible products cannot be returned.
Care products – Shampoo, sprays and other care products cannot be returned.
Used or damaged products – We cannot accept returns for items that are not in their original condition.

🐶 Products & Materials

Are the products safe for my dog?

Yes! We carefully select high-quality products and natural materials. Do you have questions about a specific product? Feel free to send us a message!

Can I personalize a product?

Currently we only offer personalization for the dog boxes . When ordering a dog box you can indicate certain preferences, such as flavors or specific needs of your dog. Check the product page for the available options.
