Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Returns Policy
✅ Snacks & Grooming Products
For hygiene reasons, snacks and grooming products cannot be returned or exchanged. This ensures the safety of our customers and their pets.
✅ Other Products
All other products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in unused and undamaged condition. The return costs are at the expense of the customer.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Right of Withdrawal - 14-Day EU Rule
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the return is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at trufenpeans@gmail.com.
