Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Policy:
✅ Snacks & Grooming Products
For hygienic reasons, snacks and grooming products cannot be returned or exchanged. This is to ensure the safety of our customers and their pets.
✅ Other Products
All other products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in unused and undamaged condition. Return costs are at the customer's expense.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
14-Day Legal Withdrawal Period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
